Tenant Inspection & Maintenance Guidelines

What are we checking during a property inspection?

Routine Inspection Guide
Click here for our Routine Inspection Guide.
Routine inspections are used to check that the property is in good order and being maintained. The routine inspections are completed by our property managers who in turn report to the owner. A routine inspection is carried out on all tenanted properties within the first 6 weeks after the tenant commenes and quarterly thereafter. The tenant will be notified a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 14 days prior to the inspection and is not required to attend the inspection.
